Letitia Dean, an actress from EastEnders, looked stunning as she attended the Inside Soap Awards in London on Monday, September 30. Wearing a sleek black dress, the 56-year-old, who is best known for portraying Sharon Watts in the BBC serial opera, displayed her impressive weight loss. She completed the look with some orange-tinted spectacles, black shoes, and black tights.
Before stepping onto the red carpet alongside her co-stars Gillian Taylforth, Diane Parish, Kellie Bright, Balvinder Sopal, and Lacey Turner, the celebrity posed for photos with admirers. The Christmas Day murder mystery episode of “The Six,” which followed the suspenseful plot of Keanu Taylor’s murder, won the Best Showstopper Award for EastEnders that evening.
It happens after Letitia was spotted last month cutting a more slender figure while filming sequences for Christmas Day. She was shooting an on-screen wedding later this year, so she was dressed in a form-fitting black dress and high heels.

Letitia has previously shared details of her amazing weight loss experience, revealing that she dropped four dress sizes in just four months. She gave up junk food and fad diets, and her weight dropped from 10 stone 4 pounds to 8 stone 3 pounds. “It was amazing. Letitia told Closer, “I discovered that I had a lot more energy than when I used to eat junk food.” She also mentioned how much she enjoyed “grilled skinless chicken” and “lots of greens.”
“I wanted to do something about my figure because I was so sick of extreme dieting and my weight yo-yoing,” she stated. One morning, when I woke up, I decided I had had enough. My weight had fluctuated up and down for as long as I can remember, spanning years and years.
Letitia disclosed in July 2020 that nasty trolls had harassed her because of the way she looked. During an interview with Secrets from the Square, an EastEnders spin-off, she stated: “I had a lot of terrible things said about me. “The other actors lament that they can’t share a set with her because she is too obese.”
