In the upcoming episode of EastEnders, Michael French’s character David Wicks will be preparing to leave Walford once more. This will happen only a few days after he returns to his troubled daughter Bianca Jackson’s (Patsy Palmer) life and faces murderer Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
David came just in time to see Bianca fall in the Square, inebriated, when she was fighting for her half-sister Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) and dealing with her mental health.
David seems to be on a mission of mercy to assist Bianca, and after talking to her about her mental health, he becomes quite worried about her.
Additionally, David chats with B’s closest friend, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), who divulges information about Bianca’s concerning actions.
David makes the decision to speak with Reiss directly since Bianca is soon attempting to persuade her father that she is correct in believing Reiss is a murderer.
Bianca reluctantly agrees to see a doctor after they had some in-depth discussions about her mental health concerns over the course of the week.
Although she is relieved that David will always be by her side, things soon take a different turn when it comes to David.
Even though David makes a commitment to support Bianca, when other parts of his life become challenging, he quickly reverts to his usual old self.
David decides to leave once more as a result, but why would he want to desert a defenseless Bianca like this?
We also know that in these episodes, David will run across Michelle Collins’s character, Cindy Beale, his former flame, and that he will be horrified to learn that she is still alive despite having been pronounced dead.
Is this why Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), Cindy’s partner, chooses to make another quick exit when he and his half-brother David are about to get back together? Or is there a different initiator?
We’re eager to see how David does during his stay in Walford, but will he actually make Bianca feel even more alone in her time of need?
