Following the horrific discovery yesterday that Pastor Clayton (Howard Saddler) had committed himself, Yolande (Angela Wynter) had to accept the events of today’s EastEnders.
She was understandably distraught about what had transpired and turned to prayer in order to receive comfort from God.
When Clayton’s wife Stella (Velile Tshabalala) arrived at the door in need of someone to turn to, her night of inner turmoil came to an end.
Having finally come to terms with the fact that Yolande was abusing her, she sat down to talk about what had transpired.

However, she was in dire need of assistance after hearing one last voicemail he had left before ending his own life.
Stella and Yolande used her phone to hear Clayton’s devious falsehoods one last time, but all it accomplished was solidify a negative notion in Yolande’s head.
After Stella departed, Yolande discussed her situation with Patrick (Rudolph Walker), who was eager for Yolande to move on now that Clayton was no longer alive.
However, Yolande revealed a startling fact: Clayton will never realize the harm he caused to numerous women by what he did. As seen by his most recent voicemail, he believed himself to be innocent.
She also felt guilty about what had happened because, in the end, she was the one who had pushed him to take accountability for his actions and the last time she had seen him.
Can Yolande continue living her life as it is now?
