On GH, Adam Harrington’s character John “Jagger” Cates returned to Port Charles after a thirty-year absence. Among the first individuals he met was Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). and his initial impression of her was not favorable. Agent Jagger of the FBI was pursuing the individual who was dealing in stolen firearms.

The FBI investigation was damaged by Anna and her best friend, Tanisha Harper’s character, Deputy Mayor Jordan Ashford, who was also pursuing this individual. Naturally, Jagger was furious. However, things took a turn for the worst when he learned that she was also Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) buddy.

Yes, Jagger and Sonny have a troubled past that dates back decades to their time on General Hospital. He feels that Sonny took advantage of both his brother, Michael “Stone” Cates (Michael Sutton), and his late ex-wife, Karen Wexler (Marie Wilson).

Jagger does not like that Sonny has been able to get away with his misdeeds for a long time. He therefore wishes to overthrow the mob boss. And since Anna has opened her eyes to Sonny’s true nature, they now share that in common. She also become closer to Jagger recently.

Anna’s opinion on Sonny on General Hospital has recently evolved. Entering her office, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) admitted that, following Sonny’s orders, he nearly killed Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Anna was undoubtedly able to see Dex’s regret. Furthermore, he lacked evidence to support his assertions that Sonny gave him the order to murder Cyrus. She therefore instructed him to act as though their talk had never taken place on General Hospital.

Dex informed Anna to count him in if she ever needed assistance taking down Sonny as he was leaving. Anna’s vision of Sonny improved after that. She felt compelled to apologize to Jagger and share her realization with him.

They bonded over drinks in his suite at the Metro Court Hotel. When Anna went missing, Sonny supported her daughter Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough), which caused Anna to open out about her feelings of guilt.

And Jagger told her all about Stone, his brother, and the part Sonny had played in his life. Without a doubt, everything changed with them. They’re a little closer now and have a renewed regard for one another. And with time, their newfound friendship might only get stronger.

Jagger was obviously impressed by Anna, both personally and as the PCPD Commissioner. It also helps, of course, that she is stunning. Thus, he might start to feel drawn to her shortly.
