GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 3/19/24: Dex Makes A Shocking Confession!

In today’s brand-new GENERAL HOSPITAL, things are becoming more challenging! As Dex brings himself in to the police, Carly alerts Josslyn, Willow tells Jason he made a mistake, Sonny is hiding things, Jason is optimistic, and Brook Lynn lashes out at John!

John’s hunt for Jason is taking him everywhere, and he’s now found the Quartermaines. Furthermore, Brook Lynn isn’t afraid to tell the FBI agent just how she feels about him! She spits, “You are a disgrace to your badge.”

“I believe the law is the only thing that matters,” Liz says to someone at the hospital. Is John asking her questions too?

Willow concerns that Jason has injured himself by involving his son in his disarray as she checks on his wounds. She contends, “Involving Danny is the worst thing you could have done.” However, Jason is certain that he can make things right before things grow worse. He vows, “I’m going to make it seem like it never happened.” But is that really feasible right now?

Sonny makes a secretive pledge to someone. Whose secret, though, is he keeping? How juicy is it, too?

Josslyn ran out on Dex, so she sobbed on Trina’s shoulder for a while before confiding in her mother. Carly, of course, has some experience with guys who operate on the shadowy side of the law. “You know that’s not a realistic option,” she tells Joss.

Dex goes to the police station in the interim and enters Anna’s office to tell her the truth. He is adamant, “I did it, and I’m willing to pay for it.” Is he admitting that he tried to kill Cyrus? Or was it something else he did for Sonny? And does he really believe that he can win Josslyn back with this?
