According to GH spoilers for the week of March 18, Alexis and Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) were at odds. Then Diane recommended that Alexis come work for her. Diane reminded Alexis that she had been disbarred. But Diane felt quite sure she could get that thrown out.
While contemplating Diane’s proposal, Alexis might discuss it with Molly Lansing-Davis. Alexis seems like she’ll go for it, and rightfully so. After all, fans want this one error to be corrected. Alexis’s loss of legal license.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will come to an understanding during the week of March 18. After Heather’s operation, some fans can’t wait to watch how the dynamic changes. What occurs next if Heather’s hip replacement poisoning is the cause of her crimes and deeds? Heather appears to be getting a redemption tale. Regretfully, redemption is not that simple in real life!

The week of March 18, General Hospital teasers indicate that Josslyn ditches Dex because of Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) confession. Dex obeying Sonny’s lethal commands is seen by Josslyn as a deal-breaker. Josslyn’s argument is that Dex was going to take another person’s life even though Sonny canceled. Josslyn will only concur if there is no alternative course of action and it is self-defense.
When Dex sees Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), he opens up. Maybe Dex will leave out the part about almost killing Cyrus! Supporters may anticipate seeing Sonny with Natalia. Sonny is going to give some guidance, possibly about the connection between Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Alison “Blaze” Rogers-Ramirez (Jacqueline Grace Lopez).
In another scene, Amanda Setton’s character Brook Lynn Quartermaine lashes out at John Cates (Adam Harrington).
