Home and Away fans fear for Summer Bay icon after dramatic teaser: ‘Will riot’

Fans of Home and Away are terrified that something terrible might happen to a Summer Bay legend after a dramatic teaser image hinted at Alf Stewart’s (everyone’s father figure) health issue. Without Alf, at home and away? It resembles heated chips devoid of chicken salt. That would be a pointless existence.

Although Alf has been on the show for 150 years (well, since 1988), it’s not surprising that he will occasionally have health scares. However, the fact that Dr. Bree Cameron will be tasked with saving Alf’s life raises concerns because there is now a lack of trust between Alf and the attractive Summer Bay doctor.

Bree has been acting very erratically lately, which is exactly what you do not want in a physician. Bree has been gradually becoming more insane ever after Felicity Newman’s unexpected aneurysmal death. She has been working long shifts, making odd phone calls, and hardly getting any sleep. A surefire formula for failure when it comes to rescuing lives.

For some reason, Bree appears to be frozen in the hospital while Alf suffers, and cardiothoracic surgeon Levi is nowhere to be seen, even though Alf appears to be having a heart attack in the new promo. Not what you want, once more, from a physician.

The teaser sent Home and Away fans into a panic, saying, “Alf’s life is in Bree’s hands…”

Alf can never, ever die, I promise! Someone said on Instagram, “Save our Mr. Stewart!” “Bree, what the heck? Someone else emphasized, “Do something, get another doctor in.”

Another person exclaimed, “ALF IS EVERYONE’S FATHER IN THE BAY, WE NEED HIM!” “I will riot if she kills him,” a fan vowed.

If something were to happen to Alf, the fans would never forgive Bree.

“I’ll be holding Bree accountable if something were to happen to him. It was pointed out (rightly) that she isn’t in the right frame of mind to practice medicine at this time.

“They really shouldn’t kill Alf. If they do, I’ll stop watching the show. Like sand to the beach, Alf is to Home and Away. Must exist eternally!” exclaimed another.

Fans probably don’t need to worry about anything too serious, though. Although it seems doubtful that they will kill off another beloved character and Summer Bay mainstay—Felicity—as one fan pointed out, Ray Meagher, who plays Alf, isn’t leaving the show.

“He just signed a 5-year contract, he’s fine,” they replied.

Heave heave. For now, we may relax. But not you, Alf; don’t take it easy just yet, big guy.
