Home And Away Spoiler: Tane Discovers Harper's Baby Scare

Harper keeps missing his calls, which makes Tane more anxious. Concerned that they should both be assisting Perri in court, he looks wildly about the town for her. Harper doesn’t want him to know that she’s in the hospital, so she keeps ignoring his calls.

Harper is persuaded by Dana to finally answer her phone. She informs Tane she slept in too late. Dana intervenes, picks up the phone, and informs Tane that Harper is in fact in the hospital and that he must come immediately. Dana intervenes and flatly rejects Bree’s attempts to care for Harper, telling her to go home and rest. Bree is cautioned by her not to approach her sister.

After a heated argument with Dana at work, Bree learns that Remi has prepared her breakfast when she gets home. She only wants to be held in his arms and relieved of her pain instead. He sits her down after realizing she’s more than just exhausted. “I was just bothered by someone disagreeing with me at work,” she bluffs, telling him.

Bree switches gears and returns to work to do Harper’s ultrasound scan since Remi has faith in her as a physician. As everyone looks at the screen for evidence that the baby is alright, the room is quiet and nervous. When they see the baby and hear its healthy heartbeat, they exhale in relief. The music makes Harper and Tane melt.

Dana is pulled aside by Bree after the ultrasound, who informs her that she was inappropriate for challenging her authority. Bree overhears Dana telling Remi that she most likely needs help when she goes to him to voice her concerns.

Remi and Dana are caught off guard when Bree turns the corner. Bree asks him a direct question when Remi tries to patch things up: does he think there’s a problem with her? For her, the fact that he hesitates is sufficient response.

Hearing his baby’s heartbeat makes Tane happy, but when Rose contacts him, he finds out that Perri’s father was found not guilty.

Justin assures Theo that he is not punishing him for his error with Claudia’s car by sitting him down to apologize for making him work yesterday. When he later picks Claudia up, he tells her straight out that their arrangement must end because it is making him lie to his family.
