Next week, Perri (Cantona Stewart) is anxious since his father Carl (Matthew Holmes) is facing legal action.

With Tane’s (Ethan Browne) help, Perri eventually worked up the guts to confront Carl and report him to the police after years of abuse.

However, Tane is already juggling his obligations now that Harper (Jessica Redmayne) is expecting his kid, despite having taken Perri under his wing with the assurance that he will always have a home with him.

Despite Tane’s assurance that he would find a solution, Harper finally learned the truth and apologized for not allowing Tane more time to explain, saying she would be able to move the scan.

Perri and Tane returned to Tane’s former house on Saxon Avenue to live with Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) the following week, and Perri is getting used to his new room. Only a few posters and a TV, which Perri intends to save money for, would complete the space.

But Perri is quickly pulled back to reality when he discovers a handwritten message at the gym telling him to keep his lips shut.

His father is obviously warning him, violating the terms of his AVO, and he is obviously aware that Perri intends to testify against him in the days ahead. However, Senior Constable Rose (Kirsty Marillier) is powerless to stop it since there are no witnesses to its delivery.

Tane and Harper are happy when Perri tells them later in the week that he will be spending the day with his new friend Theo (Matt Evans).

Tane can covertly set up a surprise—a new TV—in Perri’s room, even though it’s nice that he has someone to spend out with.

Perri is in a bad mood when he returns later, his day with Theo cancelled since Theo had to go to work. After Rose informed him that he had no choice but to appear in person (because the video link hadn’t reached the Northern Districts), he subsequently declares that he doesn’t want to go to the hearing because he is afraid of confronting his father.

By emphasizing that this might be their final encounter with Carl, Tane reassures Perri that he will be by his side and that he is no longer a threat.

Tane recommends boxing as a way for Perri to deal with his rage. Tane empathizes with Perri as he punches the bag in the gym, observing the anguish and annoyance in his eyes.

Meanwhile, in the weeks following Felicity’s (Jacqui Purvis) death on the ward, Dana (Ally Harris) is starting to find Bree (Juliet Godwin) very challenging to work with due to her obsessive tendencies.

Bree keeps asking Dana how all the beds are doing in the department. When she asks whether the resuscitation trolley has been checked, Dana responds that it’s the first thing she does when she starts her shift and that nothing has changed because the security seal is still in place. Later on, though, Dana discovers Bree examining it nevertheless.

Adam Kovarik, a patient, unintentionally gets blood on Bree’s scrubs when he later shows up at the emergency department with a head wound from a work-related injury.

Dana is left in shock as Bree leaves the cubicle, leaving her to handle the injured patient alone.

Dana is even more perplexed when she discovers Bree adamantly attempting to remove all of the blood, pointing out that she could simply change into fresh scrubs and be done with it. But her advise is obviously being ignored.

Dana goes to Bree’s office after she clocks off and confronts her about her actions during the day. It is unacceptable to leave a patient unattended, to constantly ask for updates, or to check on matters that are outside the scope of her work.

Dana responds that she is available if Bree needs to discuss anything after she asks if she has finished her speech. However, Bree dismissively reminds Dana that her shift is finished and she is not required to remain there any longer.

The fact that Bree is still at work the following morning after working a double shift worries Dana even more. For the benefit of the patient, if not herself, she points out that she should really go home and rest. Bree retorts frankly that she will ask for her opinion if she so desires.

But Harper isn’t coming anytime soon, as we find out when she fearfully tells Dana that she’s bleeding while gripping her tummy at the hospital!

as trying to soothe her sister, Dana swiftly pulls her into a cubicle and starts taking her medication as they wait for a doctor.

However, Bree is about to head for their cubicle when Dana notices her and quickly stops her.

Dana reprimands her superior by dragging Bree to one side.

“No,” she says. “You won’t approach my sister in any way. It won’t happen when you haven’t slept at all.

Dana claims that going home is the only practical thing she can do at the moment, leaving Bree stunned.

When Tane is still pacing up and down outside the surf club, Theo is perplexed and frantically tries to contact Harper to find out why he isn’t with Perri in the courthouse.

When Harper finally responds, she says she overslept because she doesn’t want to bother Tane, who knows how important today is. However, Dana overrides her judgment and steals Harper’s phone, informing Tane that he must get to the hospital.

Are Harper and the infant going to be alright?

Will Perri be able to handle life without his two pals at his side as he stands up to speak out against his violent father?
