Fans Sophie Dillman and Patrick O’Connor were set to reprise their roles as Ziggy and Dean for a “top-secret” plot that is now being filmed in Far North Queensland, it was announced earlier this month. Patrick’s interview hinted at some River Boys drama.
In an interview with Confidential of The Daily Telegraph, Patrick shared a bit more information on what fans might anticipate from the couple’s comeback. “There’s a bit of River Boy action, there’s a bit of road trips with them,” added Patrick. “I think it’ll be good to see where Dean is now, where they’re at now with their babies living away in Queensland, is all I’ll say.”
An administrator of a Facebook fan page has provided a first look at the upcoming River Boys and a few other new characters, including a doctor.
Even though Rob Mellyonarie and Adam Peck seem to be guest stars (and are obviously connected to Ziggy and Dean’s plot), they are sure to make an impression as two more tattooed bad boys.
