Cash Newman of Home and Away is scheduled to be arrested in future episodes of the soap opera.
Cash recently started working for the police department and found out that his predecessor Franklin’s death was probably caused by the local gang known as the River Boys.
In this week’s scenes, evidence that connects gang member Dingo to the death is found. Felicity, Cash’s sister, has started dating gang leader Rory Templeton in the interim.

In scenes that will appear next week, Cash reviews the video from the night of Franklin’s murder and determines to interview him after comparing the tattoo to a picture of Dingo that they have on file.
Dingo is alarmed even if there isn’t enough proof for the cops to charge him. He tells Rory that he has been holding onto Franklin’s police badge and that he has been instructed to throw it away right away. Soon after, Dingo shows up to Mali Hudson’s house and threatens to use the closed suitcase as collateral for a favor that Mali owes him.
Mali finds Franklin’s police credentials and a crowbar wrapped in a bloodied towel inside the bag after Tane Parata and him attempt to crack it open together and fail.
Mali is appalled. Informing Rory of his discovery and his desire to have no involvement with the gang, he gives him a call. Dingo’s improper disposal of the bag has enraged Rory.
Even if there isn’t enough evidence for the police to arrest Dingo, he is nonetheless frightened. He informs Rory that he has been keeping Franklin’s police badge on hand and that he has been told to discard it immediately. After a short while, Dingo visits Mali Hudson at her home and makes threats to use the closed suitcase as security for a favor that Mali owes him.

After Tane Parata and Franklin try and fail to open the bag together, Mali discovers Franklin’s police credentials and a crowbar wrapped in a bloodied towel inside.
Mali is horrified. He calls Rory and tells him about his discoveries and his wish to stay out of the group. Rory is furious at Dingo for throwing the sack away improperly.
In the meantime, Cash and the police go to arrest Dingo after finding that there are blood traces in his car. Mali makes her way to Mangrove River with the intention of giving the bag and its contents back.
After a botched effort at fleeing, Dingo is apprehended on suspicion of murder by Cash and Rose Delaney. When Rose sees Mali at the scene with the River Boys, she is perplexed and wonders why he is there.

Cash arranges for Eden Fowler to pick Felicity up so they may spend the afternoon together.
Felicity has been trying to get Eden to leave her alone so she can spend time with Rory, but her friend has been refusing. Cash has been acting like he’s upset about Rory coming to the house to see Felicity.
Felicity quickly discovers that Cash must have persuaded Eden to keep her busy, and she is not amused by this.
