Legendary snooker player Ronnie O’Sullivan withdrew from the British Open earlier this week, and there are rumors that he and EastEnders actress Laila Rouass divorced over health concerns.

The renowned snooker player Ronnie O’Sullivan has withdrawn from this week’s British Open citing “medical reasons”. His absence has given rise to more rumors of a potential falling out between him and the actress Laila Rouass.

Cheltenham was abuzz with anticipation for O’Sullivan’s matchup with Manasawin Phetmalaikul of Thailand on Monday. They were let down, though, when amateur snooker player Lewis Ullah replaced him at the last minute.

The 48-year-old athlete, who recently competed in events including the English Open, the Saudi Arabia Masters, and the Xi’an Grand Prix, is apparently taking a sabbatical. This occurs just before his scheduled October 6 appearance at the Wuhan Open in China, at what appears to be a challenging personal period.

Rumor has it that O’Sullivan and Laila Rouass, who have been romantically together for more than ten years, are going through a difficult time. Ronnie’s great passion to playing has made this worse.

The pair may have reconciled after widespread rumors of their separation from last week surfaced. On Saturday morning, they were spotted together close to their Essex home. The roles that Rouass is most recognized for are those of Sahira Shah in “Holby City” and Amber Gates in “Footballers’ Wives.”

She joined the cast of ‘EastEnders’ in July, and Wales Online claimed that she made her television debut in August.

Snooker Legend Ronnie O’Sullivan’s

According to a story by the Mirror, snooker star Ronnie OSullivan, who is well-known for being open about his mental health problems, has stated that he prefers to compete overseas over in the UK because of the more encouraging audiences there.

He said last year that “some of the tournaments in the UK don’t feel special.” “My goal is to compete in the top competitions with the best audiences. I believe that in Asia, I am more well-liked and receive greater support than I do at home.”

O’Sullivan has withdrew from eight UK tournaments since the previous season began, and since the British Open’s resuscitation in 2021, he has only made one appearance. His most recent withdrawal came after he hinted about maybe quitting following an unexpected defeat to He Guoqiang in the English Open’s opening round.

Following the game, O’Sullivan said, “I’m terrible, it’s embarrassing.” “I miss a lot of balls.” Poor me, I can’t escape it, yet I’m powerless to stop it. For the past four or five years, I’ve been missing balls, but every now and then, I might miss a few fewer and get a few outcomes.”

“I’m completely worthless. Disregard the Worlds. To be honest with you, I don’t really care. If I’m going to play badly, I might as well play with my left hand. Alternately, play right-handed, be worthless, and not like it, or play left-handed and love it but be useless.”

“I’m not playing well enough, I haven’t got enough time, and it’s pointless to even worry about it.” I recently came to terms with it, and it’s actually a quite pleasant place to be.”
