Regretfully, relationships on The Young and the Restless don’t always endure. Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), undoubtedly the cutest pair in daytime, are getting ready to celebrate a significant anniversary in their long-term union. Dedicated followers are aware that the couple had times when they were married to different individuals and couldn’t bear each other. It was simply fate, love, and kids that brought them back together.
Amelia Heinle’s character Victoria, the couple’s firstborn, hasn’t been as “lucky” in love. Though we’ve always believed that Victoria’s soulmate would be Billy (Jason Thompson), the two haven’t been romantically linked in a while due to their past inability to work things out. Victoria and Billy didn’t get back together, not even after splitting up with Nate (Sean Dominic) and Ashland (Robert Newman). Then Cole (J. Eddie Peck) walks in.
Even though he returned to Genoa City because of his insane Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk), a horrible poison, and a daughter he lost a long time ago, it’s becoming clear that the writers of the show are getting closer to bringing back his and Victoria’s love affair.

In case you forgot, Cole and Victoria (who was then Heather Tom) were incredibly infatuated once. At first, their young dynamic had challenges as she was ending her relationship with Ryan (Scott Reeves) and Cole—unbeknownst to Victoria—had a brief romantic involvement with Nikki. Then there was the whole theory—which turned out to be untrue—that Cole might have been Victor’s child. But after they were able to get past all of these problems, Victoria and Cole had some really happy times and showed each other a lot of affection.
The couple would experience problems once more when Cole and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) started dating and got involved, even though Cole was unaware that Victoria was pregnant at the time. They thought Claire (Haley Erin), aka Eve Howard, had passed away, but the baby turned out to be her.
Is #Vole receiving a second chance now that they are older, wiser, and co-parents? Well, that’s how it appears to be.

Even though Cole shows a more tender side of the infamous “Ice Princess,” we are glad to see Victoria and Cole become official, but we have a feeling this romance is doomed. We believe there will be a barrier too great for them to surmount between the two, hence it won’t work.
The Mustache has historically posed the most danger to Victoria’s romantic relationships. Typically, no one stands up for his daughter, and he played a significant role in her marriages to J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) and Billy failing, as well as her spectacular breakup with Nate.
Still, Victor seems to like Cole—at least thus far. If Victor doesn’t step in, then who will?
Let’s consider the idea that Jordan is the perpetrator. Regretfully, the soap opera villain is once more at large, and we have already foreseen the likelihood that Cole will fall prey to his aunt. We speculated that maybe she would try to murder Victoria and Cole would intervene to save her, risking his own life in the process. Could it occur, or is Cole giving his life to save Harrison (Redding Munsell), whom we believe Jordan may kidnap in the near future?

We can think that Victoria may be the obstacle for Cole and Victoria if it weren’t for Victor or Jordan. Cole has only ever thought of Victoria as a loving mother away from Newman Enterprises up until this moment. When she transforms into the cunning businesswoman who reminds him of her father, he hasn’t seen her before. Will her career persona turn him off when she eventually returns to work? If that’s the case, will she be against him if he makes any attempt to alter her?
Even though we have our doubts about what will happen to Victoria and Cole, we will be keeping a close eye on everything.
